A warm Monday morning greeted the Mayor’s office as Romeo Otaza Pascual, the Community Training and Employment Coordinator (CTEC) presented the 1st batch of scholars under Loreto’s Real Initiative for Education (LoRIFE) Scholarship Program.
The first batch composed of 30 IP students enrolled at Agusan del Sur School Arts and Trades (ASSAT).
ASSAT is an institution accredited by TESDA that offers Technical and Vocational Education and Training Programs (TVET) under the Technical Education and Skills Development Authority (TESDA) and the Commission of Higher Education (CHEd).
The said recipients will receive an allowance of 160/day, free uniform, and lodging expenses. Expected batches will follow shortly after the grantees have settled.
